For domestic orders, order by December 20 to receive your gift via USPS First Class by December 25. Choose Priority Mail if you're ordering on the 21st, and Priority Mail Express up until 10am Central on the 22nd to make sure your package gets there in time!
Austin customers can pick up their orders in person at The Mall as late as noon on the 23rd.
For international orders, order by December 8 for regular shipping or December 15 if you choose Priority Mail Express.
I ship twice a week, generally on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and will always ship your order as quick as possible.
Because many of my items are made in small batches, and because my shop is generally a one-woman show, occasionally an item will take a couple weeks to be ready. If you're in a hurry to get your order, be sure to let me know what time frame you're working with, and consider choosing Priority or Express shipping.
TRACKING: All orders ship with USPS tracking numbers, so peep your shipping confirmation email & watch your order make its way to you!
LOST PACKAGES: Unfortunately, things do get lost in the mail from time to time, and I cannot take responsibility for packages once they're in USPS's hands. However, orders OVER $10 are insured for their full value, so I can work with you to replace those! Just contact me with your order # to let me know, and we'll go from there.
PREORDERS: If you're preordering an item, be sure to make note of the estimated ship date. If an item in your order is preordered, I will hold all items and ship them together when your preorder is ready— if you'd like the preordered item to ship separately, please place a separate order.
If an item arrives damaged, is not as described in the listing, or you receive an incorrect item, and it's returned (unused) within 10 business days, I can provide a full refund or exchange. I will provide you with a return shipping label by mail for exchanges, or in PDF form for returns.
If an item is as described, but does not fit, contact me within 10 business days to arrange an exchange. In this case I cannot cover any additional shipping costs & will ask that you purchase a shipping add-on to cover additional shipping.
CLEARANCE & SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are possible.
For custom and made-to-order items, I can't offer an exchange or refund (which I hope is understandable) but I will always do my best to work with you for a reasonable and positive outcome, so don't hesitate to reach out with any issues.
I enjoy taking custom orders when possible, ESPECIALLY if you need a size not listed for one of my clothing items. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make something in your size.
I also like taking custom orders for special occasions or fun ideas, if my schedule allows & the request is feasible.
