When will my order ship?
Your orders are all shipped from my little studio in east Austin, TX, via USPS. Most of my items are hand-made by me in small batches, so I’m not able to ship at breakneck pace like Am•z*n dot com!
Through the end of HOLIDAY SZN 2018, orders will ship within 3 business days, EXCEPT FOR any item designated as PREORDER and any personalized items! All orders placed before 6pm Central on Dec 18th will ship by Dec 19th, and all domestic orders should therefore arrive by Dec 24th. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6PM CENTRAL ON DEC 18TH WILL SHIP AFTER THE NEW YEAR.
After December 5th, 2018, all personalized items will ship after the new year. Contact me if you have any questions about specific turnaround times!
I live in Austin! Can I pick up in person?
Absolutely! I will prepare your order and make it available to you for pickup at my lil art-as-retail-as-art trailer, The Mall (during regular hours only). The Mall is open every weekend from 12pm – 7pm and is located in the parking lot of Canopy, near Sa-Tén, at 916 Springdale Road. If you're able to pick up from the The Mall, use code LOCALSONLY to deduct shipping from your total.
Will I receive any kind of tracking info?
Yes you will! Once USPS picks up your order from my studio, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Refresh that page all you want!
My package was lost / damaged / addressed incorrectly and returned to sender! Can you help?!
Once your order is picked up by USPS I can't control what happens to it or be held responsible for it. BUT THAT SAID, please send me an email with your order # and as much detail about the problem as you can. In case of damage, photos help. The more information I have up front, the faster I can help! All orders over $20 are shipped with insurance, so with your assistance, I can likely replace the item, and if not, I can likely refund you or offer an alternative.
In the case of an incorrect address, I will need to wait for the order to be returned to me by USPS, and you will be responsible for additional shipping, so double check your address before you check out!
I got my order and it doesn’t fit / isn’t what I thought / I changed my mind. Can I return it?
All personalized items are final sale, but if there’s a problem I still want to see if I can help, so email me and we’ll see what we can do!

Otherwise, I can accept exchanges and returns of 100% UNUSED AND MINT CONDITION items within 10 business days of delivery. Email me with your order number and a complete description of the issue and I’ll help you!
NOTE: Unless an item is verifiably defective, you will be responsible for return shipping.
