Why are things changing? 

Starting April 1, I’ll be joining the National Network of Abortion Funds staff as Design & Branding Manager! Yes, I was also surprised at this development! No, this is not an April Fools prank! Yes, this is my literal dream job!


So what does that mean for Eythink? 

No, I’m not going away!!!! Yes, I’m making some big changes! Moving forward, I’m going to release one limited edition special item, and one limited run Pretty Kitty colorway, for preorder every 4–6 weeks. I’m super stoked about this, it’s bringing in a new era of experimenting, having fun, and trying new things! 

I’ll be back in May with preorders for the first new Pretty Kitty colorway and new exciting limited edition fun product!



SHIPPING


When will my order ship? 

Your orders are all shipped from my little studio in east Austin, TX, via USPS. 

Before you order, check the item's description for the estimated ship date. I aim to ship preordered items as quickly as possible, sometimes before the estimated date, and sometimes up to a week after, depending on some variables like access to the laser cutter I rent, and availability of materials. 

If you need your order by a specific date, contact me via the contact page with your order number and I'll take care of you!


I live in Austin! Can I pick up in person?

Absolutely! Once your order has been produced, I will pack it up and make it available to you for pickup at The Mall (during regular open hours only— check their website for current hours). The Mall is near Sa-Tén, at 916 Springdale Road. 

If you're able to pick up from the The Mall, use code LOCALSONLY to deduct shipping from your total.


Will I receive any kind of tracking info?

Yes you will! Once USPS picks up your order from my studio, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Refresh that page all you want!


My package was lost / damaged / addressed incorrectly and returned to sender! Can you help?!

Once your order is picked up by USPS I can't control what happens to it or be held responsible for it. 

BUT THAT SAID, please send me an email with your order # and as much detail about the problem as you can. In case of damage, photos help. The more information I have up front, the faster I can help! All orders over $20 are shipped with insurance, so with your assistance, I can likely replace the item, and if not, I can likely refund you or offer an alternative. 

In the case of an incorrect address, I will need to wait for the order to be returned to me by USPS, and you will be responsible for additional shipping, so double check your address before you check out!


RETURNS

I got my order and it doesn’t fit / isn’t what I thought / I changed my mind. Can I return it?

All items are made to order and therefore final sale, but if there’s a problem I still want to see if I can help, so email me and we’ll see what we can do!

All sale and clearance items are final sale.

NOTE: Unless an item is verifiably defective, in the case of a return, you will be responsible for return shipping.
